Local Overload Radio Show
Local Overload is a weekly radio show hosted by Harold and Angela Garland that plays all original, all local, music. They go to over 300 shows a year, have bands on their show, promote shows, bands, and venues, and are heard in over 65 countries. The Bare Knuckle Bishops appeared in-person on-air to debut their first release “Rose”. The Load/Unload poll for “Rose” received the highest number of votes for a debut band as well as the highest number of votes for the poll in the history of the radio show at that time.

Fender’s Den of Sin Radio Show
The Bare Knuckle Bishops debut live performance was live on the air as special guests for Fender’s Den of Sin 24-year anniversary. Fender’s Den of Sin is a local radio podcast in Louisville, Kentucky promoting local original acts for over two decades.

Rock and Bowl Event to benefit Ride for A Cure – Scottsburg Bowling Lanes
As a result of their appearance on Fender’s Den of Sin the Bare Knuckle Bishops were invited to play for this special fund-raising event to benefit Ride for Cure. They performed with Left for Last (winners of the Louder than Louisville/Louder than Life competition) along with Jaw Bone, The Everyday Losers, Skipping Stone, and Seize the Moment. The Bare Knuckle Bishops have been invited back to play again next year.

Kitley Inn
The Bare Knuckle Bishops were invited to play a show with The Silver Birds at Kitley Inn Bike Night.
October 5th 2025
Melody Inn
The Bare Knuckle Bishops opened the show at the world-famous Melody Inn. Bands appearing that night included Solarhead and Monocane. The owner was impressed enough to invite the Bare Knuckle Bishops to play there on a semi-regular basis.
November 1st 2025
Rock & Roll Roadshow Extravaganza #1 – North End Pub
The Bare Knuckle Bishops put together a show at the North End Pub at the invitation of the owner. Bands included Chip Seal and Jugger Nott. This was the first installment of what will become the keystone of rock & roll shows at the North End Pub.

Champs Bar & Grill
The Bare Knuckle Bishops put together a show at Champs Bar & Grill in Lafayette, Indiana. The Alaniz band made a return to the music scene at this show and Jason Larkin graciscouly filled in when the third band had to cancel due to a medical emergency. The venue was packed to capacity for this show the entire night long. Yet again the Bare Knuckle Bishops have been asked to put together another show.
